George was the only artist I accepted at this concert. For the longest time I hadn't been able to watch the tribute since it causes such pain.-- Seal was initially considered to perform “Somebody to Love” at the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert. Brian May did mention in a documentary that Seal felt he would ruin his career if he tried to sing that particular song, which is known for its challenging vocal range. - Thank you for this reaction.

Nick.. this entire concert will blow you away. Everyone who performed was really, really good, although George was the very best of them!! It’s definitely worth a watch if you haven’t seen it! And.. try to find some of the pre-concert footage too where Extreme did at 20+ minute tribute to Freddie (and Queen) - which (from what I’ve seen in interviews) was frowned upon by both Brian and Roger, who wanted the pre-concert singers to promote their own songs. But - Extreme LOVED Freddie and Queen and they wanted to show that love.. they did - in spades! Great reaction.. thanks!!

Best performam e with such love and respect. He knew just where to singel and where to give itto the crowd. I also love George Michael and IF he would to enter as the new singer of Queen I would not have been mad... but respect that the band said nah, and I understsnd. I saw "them" a couple of years ago as the remaining members came out on stage at the end of their musikal "we will rock you" where they've been playing the mjsic all the long. This is George’s best and most bittersweet performance. Look up the rehearsal. It is at least AS good!! When he performed this he’d just found out his partner had been diagnosed with AIDS. Anselmo was there watching him. Which added to the emotional weight of this moment. Now they’re all gone. I miss George every day.

One of the things I love about Adam's recorded music is how he does most of the backing vocals himself. You can actually get the stems of each of his vocal runs in his songs. That really shows how diverse his vocals are. This is one of my most favourite tracks of his and I will forever be furious that he or his producers or whatever didnt have enough faith in it to even include it as a standard album track. It should have been a single. Fun fact: this song is BELOVED by the Manga crowd

I can relate to this song. 1993 I survived mine. 1996 lost a friend similar to Ren's friend. It took me years to go to the hotel he died but over a decade or so, I was ok. The healing still continues.

She is a polyphonic dramatic contralto...was abused by her mother & got a broken collar bone, was almost drowned in a river by her as well. She was later adopted but had a speech problem, so she took singing lessons, thank goodness she did! Start with Human or Wicked Game...Rechenka (means River) is great too!! She was around 14 yrs old.
